Abstract and Full Text Submission to the Congress
You must apply to our congress by sending an abstract.
The abstract evaluation process takes 2 days.
If your abstract is accepted we will send you an acceptance mail
Your abstracts should be between 200-300 words.
Send your abstracts in word / doc format at the latest November 5, 2023
You must send it to uksekongre@gmail.com before the final date.
Full text submission is not mandatory (we publish only abstracts aslo)
If you want to publish your full texts in the congress book, you must send your FULL TEXTS to
uksekongre@gmail.com until November 22, 2023 after your abstract is accepted.

Virtual Exhibition Information & Application

The online exhibition to be held within the scope of UKSEK 5th International Culture, Art and Literature Congress is open to the participation of all art disciplines.

Article 1. Professional artists or university-level art students
Article 2. Each artist can apply with a maximum of 2 works that have not been exhibited before and have not received an award.
Article 3. It is free to use all kinds of techniques and materials.
Article 4. Applications will be made online and must be sent to uksekongre@gmail.com along with the exhibition participation form and artwork images.
Article 5. The image of the work must be in JPEG format with 300 DPI resolution and at least (2200x 1700) pixels.
Article 6. Artwork visual naming should be in the form of Artist Surname, Name and Number of Artwork (Kübra. Åžahin,1). (Kübra. Åžahin, 2).
Article 7. The participation fee for the exhibition is 20 USD. The participation fee for two works is 35 USD.
Participation Fees are required to be deposited to the specified account number until the deadline.
Article 8. Each participating artist will be given a Certificate of Participation and the Exhibition will be published as an e-catalogue by Ä°KSAD Publishing House.

Note: To the exhibition; Works from fields such as Painting, Printing, Photography, Ceramics, Tile, Traditional Turkish Arts (Carpet-Kilim, Illumination, Calligraphy, Miniature and Textile) will be accepted.
